Randi currently serves as the Program Director for the Volunteer Center of South Jersey. She is a nonprofit professional who has dedicated over three decades to advocating for vulnerable populations and is passionate about building and empowering communities  and leveraging the power of volunteers to make a difference in the world.
Prior to her time at the Volunteer Center, Randi is most proud to have founded and run Home Front Hearts, a nationally recognized nonprofit providing support and advocacy for military families from every branch of service and service era. In this role, she was known for her ability to educate, engage, and involve individuals and communities in efforts to support service members and their families with unmet needs.
Randi is also a professional writer and proud Mama to four children who she proudly proclaims to be “her greatest work yet.”
