Recent challenges like food insecurity, education gaps, and mental health crises have impacted communities across our region. To address these pressing issues, the Volunteer Center of South Jersey has partnered with Jersey Cares to bring their Corporate Service Program to Southern Jersey and the Philadelphia Metro area. Understanding that volunteerism is not "one size fits all," Jersey Cares crafts customized programs around your company's impact pillars and employee interests while meeting real community needs.

Volunteer Opportunities for Everyone

Jersey Cares connects corporate volunteer groups with community organizations in need of essential items, such as school supplies, toiletries, clothing, and food. They coordinate tailored donation lists and provide all materials and guidance for successful virtual or in-person drives.

In-Person

Jersey Cares partners with nonprofits to connect corporate volunteers to projects that support vulnerable communities — from improving food access and aiding people experiencing homelessness to promoting environmental sustainability. They handle all logistics from start to finish, including planning, supplies, and on-site leadership, making volunteering simple and impactful.

Virtual Workshops with Students

Using video conferencing platforms, corporate volunteers host live interactive workshops with students. These workshops provide students with an immersive experience alongside real-world professionals while gaining deeper understanding of topics ranging from STEM education to financial literacy.

At-Home Kit Assembly

Looking for an opportunity to get a little more hands-on, but remain virtual and still meet community-identified needs?  Jersey Cares offers a selection of “kit-assembly” volunteer projects that can be conducted from home.  Supplies and instructions are sent directly to your team members' homes and completed individually or as part of a virtual event.
