Youth Workforce Development

The Youth Workforce Development (YWD) Program is a cross-sector collaborative bridge program that provides a powerful opportunity for youth ages 16-24. It aims to connect youth to positive professional relationships, developing critical 21st-century job and life skills, all while supporting a New Jersey nonprofit organization. These internships help to prepare, educate and coach youth on some of the key elements of career success.

The program also offers a unique opportunity for local New Jersey nonprofits looking to build capacity through the work of community driven interns, and well-managed projects that serve their mission.
