Appel Farm Arts & Music Center 65th Anniversary Celebration Weekend & Festival

Join Appel Farm Arts & Music Center for our 65th Anniversary Weekend Celebration and Festival from November 7th to the 9th. The activities include a vibrant weekend of art, music and community, honoring the connections, shared memories and radiant spirit that make our center a creative home for all! Centrally located in South Jersey off Routes 55 and 40. Volunteer for a 3-4 hour shift and still have plenty of time to enjoy the festivities.

Festival highlights include:

• WXPN Welcomes performances from 2p-7p on Saturday, November 8th Performers to be announced in September.
  • Art Making • Food trucks • Art Sale • Silent Auction •
  • Merchandise including t-shirts, mugs, wine glasses and more for sale!

Busking Stations • Alumni Gatherings • Timeline Display • Festival History Display
In Memoriam Video Loop • Memory Wall • Photo Display • Building & Grounds Display
Overnight on-site housing • Meal Plans • Overnight off-site hotel accommodations

65th ANNIVERSARY INFORMATION:
Volunteer in advance (A), for the festival day (F) or for the entire weekend (W). Indicated in each volunteer position.

T-SHIRT: Complimentary t-shirt for those who volunteer on the day or the weekend (Send your t-shirt size to [email protected].)

MEALS: Meals provided for weekend volunteers and snacks for festival volunteers. Please click on the Dietary Information link to submit your food requirements. Weekend volunteers will receive a food truck voucher or a Take and Go boxed dinner voucher for Saturday night. Take and Go boxed dinner is allergy sensitive. (Send your meal choice to [email protected].)

ACTIVITIES: Volunteers may participate in activities when not on duty, free of charge.

PARKING: Parking is free for all volunteers.

HOUSING: Those who volunteer for one festival shift AND two weekend celebration shifts; OR; one advance shift, one festival shift and one weekend shift may put up a tent or bring an RV free of charge. Restroom facilities including a shower are available. Optional indoor weekend accommodations are also available at this registration form for a fee.
