Entrepreneur, Inspirational Speaker, Business Start up & Social Media Consultant

Quandell Iglesia is a young and motivated businessman who inspires those around him to pursue their dreams and reminds them to give back to society. At the age of 16, Iglesia found himself frustrated in the fast food business, and felt he was not being used to his fullest potential.

As an active member in his community, he saw potential for a successful business opportunity when events and fundraisers were not promoted and documented to fit the organization’s needs. In 2015, Quandell Iglesia was a junior at Williamstown High School and founded Photobliss, LLC, a full-service photography company. “[I was] driven by seeing a problem and offering a solution,” said Iglesia.

In June 2017 he founded Quandell Iglesia Consulting, specializing in public speaking, business startups and social media consulting.

Iglesia is also the founder and president of SNJ Millennials, a nonprofit organization that was launched in September 2017 to introduce young professionals to new business networks. It provides the appropriate tools to those individuals, so they are fully equipped for their future endeavors. This includes, workshops, networking mixers and business educational resources for young business professionals.

Quandell Iglesia’s hard work and dedication, has allowed him to partner with Chick-fil-A to share his story as a teen entrepreneur that has reached over 190,000 entrepreneurs and business professionals nationwide.

“Your success is connected to your service,” said Iglesia. “I am constantly developing on my own personal growth and expanding in the business world, but most importantly, I strive to help others achieve their goals.”

Quandell Iglesia is the 2019-21 elected New Jersey Young Democrats - Southern Vice President. The New Jersey Young Democrats are a chartered unit of the Young Democrats of America and represent Democrats under the age of 36 in the State of New Jersey.
