Youth Workforce Development

The Youth Workforce Development (YWD) is a cross-sector collaborative bridge program that provides a powerful opportunity for youth ages 16-24 to build economic mobility. The program aims to connect underrepresented youth to positive professional relationships, developing critical 21st-century job and life skills.

ATTENTION: Graduating high school seniors with a record of volunteerism in their community. Scholarships are available to any college, university, technical or trade school. Eligibility requirements include:

  • 3.0 grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 system or 85.0 grade point average (GPA) on a 100-point system.
  • Applicant must be a full time resident of New Jersey.
  • High School transcript (copy).
  • Essay (250- 500 words).
  • one (or more) letters of recommendation.
